Rates

These clubs are designed to run through the school year from September to June.   The semester registration in full is set up to allow for a September-December payment made upfront and the January-June payment made in January.  We understand that seasons, schedules, and interests change and we do offer monthly pricing.  The monthly pricing averages the total number of club days between September to June.  Some months you'll have more club days than others, the monthly price is the same.  If you're just trying out the clubs or just want to pop in occasionally, you can do the "Drop-in" rate when available.

Semester Billing Information

You can choose to pay for the September-June semester all upfront or in a deposit and an installment. The deposit is made upon registration and is in the amount equal to the number of class days from September-December. The installment is made on January 1, 2024 for January-June.

Monthly Billing Information

Monthly tuition renews on the first day each month.

Cancellation Policy:
Please contact us if you have any questions/concerns about your payments or if you need to cancel.

Semester Pricing (including installments) - When cancelled by the 15th of the month you will be reimbursed, minus 30% of the remaining balance, for the future dates from the following month onward that you will not attend.

Monthly Pricing - No refunds for cancellation.  When cancelled before the next payment you will not be charged the following months.

Drop-in Rate - No refunds for cancellation.  We can help you reschedule to a different available day!

Days Off Policy

All Art Clubs will have the following dates off:

  • Oregon Spring break, as observed by the Oregon school system

  • Veteran’s Day

  • Thanksgiving days

  • December Holidays and New Year’s

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Additional days observed by local school districts (i.e. Teacher In-service days).

When a teacher has to cancel, it is up to the individual teacher if they're going to hold a make-up session or not.

We do our very best to be open on snow days. If we do have to close we will contact you directly via email.
